I have had the opportunity to meet Shri Chandrasekhar Prabhuji early last year. I was impressed by his thorough in depth knowledge of the issues faced by Coperative Housing Societies in their efforts to (a) Get Conveyance (b) Proceed ahead for Self Redevelopement. His suggestions were practical and his sincerity and Transparency were clearly evident.

Earlier it was CIDCO now it is PMC. Builder is not helping us out. We need your help and guidance. Builder is very influential. It is our hard earned money. We are stuck. We need your help. After watching this video ( first time I know this great person Chandrasekhar prabhu ) one in detail video make on loop holes or flaws in RERA and even after RERA came why / how purchaser / buyer suffer and how to save ourself assuming that one is there to help and I only help / save myself from cheating or making fool or making any kind of pressure , otherwise like prabhu said that yeun yeun yenar kon aamcha shivay ahech kon , there is not point of establishing RERA if it does not helpful for those who actually need or support .
