INGREDIENTS
For marinate
Buffalo meat - 750 g
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
For the pickle
mustard oil - 125 ml
fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Sichuan pepper - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 3 tbsp
carom seeds - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger - 1/4 cup
Chopped garlic - 1/4 cup
Chilli flakes - 2-3 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Clean and dry air tight glass jar
मासुको अचार बनाउँदा चाहिने सामाग्रीहरु
शुरुमा मासुलाई मोल्न को लागि चाहिने सामाग्री हरु
राँगाको मासु - 750 ग्राम
लसुन र अदुवाको पेस्ट - १ ठूलो चम्चा
सोया सस - १ ठूलो चम्चा
नुन - १ सानो चम्चा
अचारको लागि
तोरीको तेल - १२५ एम एल
काटेको - अदुवा - १/४ कप
लसुन - १/२ कप
जिरा -१ ठूलो चम्चा
धनिया - १ ठूलो चम्चा
सुँप - २ ठूलो चम्चा
मरिच - १/२ सानो चम्चा
टिमुर - १ ठूलो चम्चा
तोरी - ३ ठूलो चम्चा
ज्वानो - १ ठूलो चम्चा
मेथी दाना - १ ठूलो चम्चा
रातो खुर्सानीको धुलो - १ ठूलो चम्चा
खुर्सानी - २-३ ठूलो चम्चा
कागतीको रस - १/४ कप
नुन स्वाद अनुसार
बेसार - १ सानो चम्चा
सफा सुकेको काँचको बोतल

You can store it in refrigerator ( freeze) for 5/6 months but it will be finished before that 😊😅😅😅
