【二米炊烟】White Fungus 花300天時間，終於在木頭上種出了白色花朵

In the mountains of my hometown, there is a kind of tree called Qinggang.
Every winter, people will cut down the Qinggang tree that has grown for more than seven years,
cut it into lengths of wooden sticks of the same length, and hang them up to dry in the winter.
Drill holes in the spring of the second year, plant mycelia, and move them into their room after dozens of days of fungal growth.
When summer comes, white fungus start to grow after a few heavy rains.
These small "flowers" that grow on the Qinggang tree are Tongjiang white fungus.
There is another characteristic of the Qinggang tree: as long as its roots are not dead,
there will be Qinggang trees growing on the stump in a few years.
So when people shove trees, they always keep the stumps.
People in the mountains are in awe of nature, and this is a gift from nature.
My friends know that I make a video about white fungus every year,
but this is the first time we've filmed tremella growing.

在我家鄉的大山里，有一種樹木叫青杠樹
每年冬天，人們會把長滿七年以上的青杠樹砍下來
截成一段一段長度相同的木棒，架起來曬上一個冬天
第二年春天鑽孔，種上菌絲，發菌幾十天以後，再搬進耳堂
等到夏天來臨，幾場大雨過後，銀耳便開始生長
這些長在青杠樹的小花朵就是通江銀耳
青杠樹還有一個特點，只要它的根不死
過上幾年這個樹樁上面，還會再長出青杠樹
所以人們在坎樹的時候，都要留著樹樁
山里的人敬畏自然，這就是大自然給他們的饋贈
熟悉我的朋友都知道
我每年都會拍一期關於銀耳的視頻
但這還是我們第一次拍攝銀耳生長的視頻

Сколько раз покупала сухими эти грибы, замочил потом, как отмокнут заправил уксусной заливкой и очень прикольные получаются, хрустят, остренькие, но я всегда думала, что это вид водорослей. Спасибо за видео о том, как этот вид грибов выращивается и какие блюда с ними можно приготовить, даже представить не могла, что можно засунуть в суп и в фарш добавить, буду пробовать.
As a kid, I never liked these white fungi due to the texture. But seeing the soup that I used to dislike, I'm feeling rather nostalgic and a bit homesick. I'll make sure to get my hands on some 白木耳 before I visit my parents this Christmas 😄

They are all eating much better than any other people in the cities. They have shown the poor neighborhoods in the city and I think that if they rethink their ideas of how to live a healthy happy life, they can migrate to the countryside and be more resourceful in growing their own food.
