【二米炊烟】Mei Cai | Chinese Traditional Preserved Vegetable 用3蒸3曬的傳統方法，把綠色蔬菜變成一道美味的梅乾菜

The greens planted last fall, then ushered in harvest this spring.
Using the traditional method of 3 times for steaming and 3 times for dryings, it is made into dried plums ( Mei Gan Cai ).
The prepared Mei Gan Cai are golden in color and have a special fragrance.
Especially Braised Pork with Mei Gan Cai, which is a classic dish in southern China.

Какая же девушка трудолюбивая!!! Я просто очарована, готовит замечательно, ей не нужны ни миксеры и прочие прибамбасы, ей достаточно одного ножа и её волшебной печи, где она всё печёт, жарит, варит и творит различные кулинарные изыски. Мне очень жалко её умелых рук, ведь работает на земле без перчаток. Милая девушка, берегите свои трудолюбивые руки.
