@Carlus Gomes Don't waste your time, your knowledge of the Quran is limited to what you want to think, there are many verses in the Quran where Allah forbids the worship of the sun and the moon , as the the pagan aspect of Islam, every religion has some forms of pagan beliefs, but the Muslims believe in one Supreme God Allah.

Tafsir Al-Tabari, “It was narrated by Muhammad Ibn Amru, narrated by Asim, narrated by Issa, narrated by Ibn Abi Najih, narrated by Mujahid regarding Allah’s saying, “Grant me exemption and draw me not into trial,” that the prophet of Allah said, “Invade Tabuk and your spoils will be the daughters of al-Asfar [i.e. blonde women] and the women of the Romans (byzantines).” Al-Jadd replied, “Grant us exemption and draw us not into trial with women.” It was narrated by Al-Qasim, narrated by Al-Hussain, narrated by Hajjaj, narrated by Ibn Jurayj, narrated by Mujahid who stated that the prophet said, “Invade and you will have the spoils of the daughters of al-Asfar” meaning the Roman women, and this narration was repeated by others.” (Tafsir al-Tabari, Q. 9:49)

@@SheikhAlladeen I understand your concern or critic, however, I would advise you not to give in, I would advise you to keep hope and ask God for guidance. If you have the time, read the Holy Quran fully, read the story of our Prophet Jesus and his mother Marry peace be upon them, read about how God commands Muslims to do good actions and deeds towards their follow man. If you're not ready to read the Quran, the least you can do is ask the one and only God for guidance and you shall receive it, inshallah (hopefully). I know its difficult to fathom all of this or even accept it, all I'm saying is, give it your best shot and effort, do your part, put in the work and hopefully you'll find guidance. Good luck.

Yvonne is such a great speaker, Masha'Allah. May Allah reward her with goodness in this life and in the Next. She now lives with true purpose, and her strength & courage is admirable. not everybody is born Muslim bc Allah will decide what you are before you are even born. Some are born atheist even if the father is Muslim they will later leave Islam when old enough there are many Ex Muslim. Why does Allah let an Ex Muslim be born from a Muslim father he is all knowing he should know the person would leave Islam. Bingo ! Allah said he could guide everybody but he prefers to fill his hell so it is not true everybody is guided even if they want. You should read Quran and try to understand not make up your own story. Jinns are a fantasy of stupid pagan Beduins, Jinns do not exist. Don't believe this garbage and stop mixing science with Islam.Already Jews did fasting that is why Muhammad started fasting also he wanted Jews to accept him as a Prophet . When mohamad wanted to fight Roma empire was the Roman emperor fighting mohamad at the time?, no bro. That is the way mohamad spread Islam, as narrated in the Hadist shahih Bukhari 392, "allah messenger said: I have been ORDERED to FIGHT the PEOPLE till they say : none has the right to be worshipped but allah and if they say so pray like our prayers, face our qibla and slaughter as we slaughter then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will no interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with allah". Please indicate which sentence state that "muslim only fight when attacked".

@Rip Van Wilkon Yes Allah approved it but only in a strict circumstances. Did you know that temporary marriage/contract marriage are meant for widows? If any virgin want to get into contract marriage, it must be from her own will, guardian's permission, and some other rules or else the contract is void. A marriage is always better than a blatant one night stand. If you get pregnant from the marriage that children would automatically be under father responsibility. Anyway, why pick on thing that is widely unpracticed by muslims? It's a fact that the majority of us (90% Sunni muslim) didn't practice it and even among Shia muslims there's some disagreement. :/ I wish Allah give you hidayah Sir. Have a good day.

About 20:00 I appreciate this part where she describes developing inner peace by coming to accept your own self. Learning to like myself and having self-esteem. 💗 I understood this also when I learned more of my own religion and practising it. Even a born Muslim will find you will lose friends once you decide to be more stricter with yourself in the deen, but Allah grants new friends in deen, alhamdulillah. 💗

@@nemesis1291 It is an assumption made by God, but suppose you do not want to wear it. God will detract from your grades like all other works, and you can make it up to other things. It is like the scale is just good works. But the most important thing in Islam is to confess only one creator, his messengers and his books. God forgives SINS at times with a mere prayer from a confessor. He can forgive all your SINS, including the hijab. We in Iraq were not interested in wearing the hijab, but we were concerned with good works. Now we are concerned with hijab, and we have left with good works.

"And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Prostrate yourselves not to the sun nor to the moon, but Prostrate yourselves to Allah Who created them, if you (really) worship Him. (Qur'an 41:37) * If God clearly saying don't even prostrate to the Moon how can they be worshipping it for it is a Creation of God where do you get your information.
May Allah bless everyone with His light in your Path....and open your mind and heart for the knowledge of God. Prophet Muhammad and that was his name when he was born.....he was well known for not praying to any Pagan God's ever. Carlus Gomes Although the meaning of surah El-Fatiha the meaning of it is in general Some believe that : '{Those who have earned [Your] Anger', and he said, 'It refers to the Jews}.' Look at the history of the Jews you will find them disobeying God's rules....did you ever thought why God is always sending them all these Prophets and some they even killed? Don't you think that will cause God's anger? {Those who have gone astray' it refers to (The Christians are those who have gone astray}when you believe in some one besides God as God or three in one isn't that making partner besides God and that is clearly against Jesus Christ's teaching? Jesus said about himself that he is a Prophet and he cannot do anything without God's help and to worship God alone and to do what the ten Commandments say and in it don't make partner with God....not listening to Jesus's teachings isn't that going astray?

Carlus Gomes Muslims say they do not worship idols. When they go to Mecca, why do they kiss a black stone? Isn't that like worshipping an idol? Muslims do not worship the black stone. They regard the stone as a created thing. The most fundamental principle of Islam is that nothing or no one is to be worshipped except Allah, the one true God.

Muslims who can afford the journey are required once in their lifetime to visit the House of Worship in Makkah. This was the first house built for the worship of the one true God. It was constructed by Abraham and his son Ishmael, peace be upon them. The black stone was brought to them from heaven by the angel Gabriel to function as a corner stone. It was thus affixed in one corner.

Because Muslims kiss that stone, some observers hastily conclude that Muslims worship it. A kiss, however, is not an act of worship unless it is accompanied by an intention to worship. If you kiss your child, for instance, that does not mean you worship your child.

Some may find it strange that Muslims should treat a stone with respect. But this is not just any old stone. It is an item out of paradise.

The act of fixing a stone to mark a place of worship is as old as history. In the Bible we are told that Jacob, on whom be peace, had fixed a stone at a place where he saw a vision. He poured oil on it and called it Bethel meaning 'house of God' (see Genesis 28:18). He did this again upon God's instruction (see Genesis 35:1, 14, 15). No one should understand from this that God instructed Jacob to worship the stone. (Shabir Ally, Common Questions People Ask About Islam, p. 46) The Black stone is not worshipped by the pilgrims: Muslims go to Makkah to glorify God, not to kiss a stone or worship a man or a semi-divinity. Kissing or touching the Black Stone at the Ka`bah is an optional action, not obligatory or prescribed. Those who kiss the Black Stone or touch it do not do it because they have faith in the Stone or attribute any superstitious qualities to it. Their faith is in God only. They kiss, touch or point at the Stone only as a token of respect or a symbol of love for Prophet Muhammad, who laid the Stone at the foundation of the Ka`bah when it was reconstructed.

not everybody is born Muslim bc Allah will decide what you are before you are even born. Some are born atheist even if the father is Muslim they will later leave Islam when old enough there are many Ex Muslim. Why does Allah let an Ex Muslim be born from a Muslim father he is all knowing he should know the person would leave Islam. Bingo ! Allah said he could guide everybody but he prefers to fill his hell so it is not true everybody is guided even if they want. You should read Quran and try to understand not make up your own story. Jinns are a fantasy of stupid pagan Beduins, Jinns do not exist. Don't believe this garbage and stop mixing science with Islam.Already Jews did fasting that is why Muhammad started fasting also he wanted Jews to accept him as a Prophet . @@SheikhAlladeen Actually Allah (SWT) in the Holy Quran tells us that he guides those whom chose to he guided. It is an individual choice that each soul is able to make whilst living this life of trials and tribulations. Please stop spreading hate through your ignorance of the literature. Also with regards to Muslims living in a third world is also not true. You need to travel more. Furthermore had it not been for Islam, science and the tech we see today would not have come to be. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) established 21 Islamic flourishing empires in 20 years, a miracle in itself. Iran and Pakistan are Islamic countries that manufacture their own cars. Once again please educate yourself on the religion before trying to bash it.
