Your baby is officially a fan of Dimash.

If anyone interested I would like to give some information what's happening in the video. First of all, this is the one of the most watched Russian music festival/ song contest held annually in the city of Sochi. Most TV viewers are interested in the famous Russian stars rather than contest itself. Dimash is the guest singer, not contestant. Dimash is not known to Russian audience very well, therefore, again he had to make a showcase of all his vocal abilities and range to impress the Russian audience.Within the frame of this Sochi 2018 festival it was a tribute concert due to the 30 anniversary of the prominent Kazakh/Russian pop group named A-Studio. They are based in Moscow and mostly perform in Russian. In this tribute concert numerous Russian pop stars performed covers of A-Studio songs. Dimash was one of them. The song he did is originally performed by Kazakh lead singer Batyr Shukenov, in 1998 who passed away in 2015 at the age 52 from the heart attack. Batyr was beloved by Kazakh as well as by Russian audience. Once again, Dimash re-arranged this song with help of his constant and amazing music arranger Erlan Bikchurin. That so-called "Arabian chant", not Arabian at all, but so-called "throat singing" (I am not sure of terminology translation), many Siberian native ethnicities such as Tuvan, Buryat, Mongols, Altai use this technic. Some Kazakhs, especially in the West of Kazakhstan also sing this way. I think even UNESCO recognized this kind of singing as the cultural heritage of these people. Dimash just demonstrated small piece of it and once again proved his versatility and multiple talents. Song was performed in Russian and at the end he expressed gratitude to the A-Studio group leader Baigali Serkebaev who is also outstanding music writer and most I liked what Dimash said that he thanked "brother Baigali for directing pop music in the right direction". This is important because those who knows A-Studio, knows that all their music is not just a "cheap" pop but something else, more quality musically, more sense of lyrics and I would say unique style. About flowers, you Rashid, got wrong, Dimash was overwhelmed and at the end like baby apologetically said: But I cannot carry all these flowers with me" (It sound so funny and so babyish). Yes he is still baby! In this tribute concert only Dimash was awarded with flowers! Bravo Dears!!!!!! You are great!!!. Below is the link to the original song by A-Studio with lead singer Batyr. Это Вы глупо себя ведёте. Она сказала, что ей очень понравилось, что это сверхъестественно и что она не может представить, как столько грандиозных вещей вообще возможно за одну минуту совершить (как он в конце пел). Смеялась она потому что каждый раз, как она была под впечатлением, ребенок тоже на это реагировал и шевелился сразу. Учите язык, прежде чем оценивать.

Hi Jessica! It's nice to meet you! Congratulations on the baby to both of you! Your little girl clearly knows what good music is. Lucky little girl growing up hearing this voice! ❤ And what a song for a first reaction. My reaction to this was borderline violent... threw my phone twice... swore (more than twice).. STOP, rewind, pause.. took me over 1/2 hour to get through it the first time and it was still too short.... rich musical experience that I am still trying to deal with emotionally after 100+ viewings. This performance has been a true revelation to me about how "in tune" I am with him and his music. ❤ This performance set a new recorded low at C2. His range is now (C2 to D8... over 6 octaves.. just crazy). And that 22 second belt phrase is just EPIC. That top note is soooo clear and bright. I think that 22s is a new record as well... the longest I've seen previously is 19 seconds. And that breathy falsetto with the dark rich strings is just #$@% perfect. I've suspected that the THING he does with his voice comes from the same place a yodel does, so thank you for confirming. ❤ Once you read the lyrics, you'll see why I think this is one of the sexiest songs I've ever heard. Those embers in the beginning.... he just keeps fanning them until that wildfire explodes. As someone who is old enough to be his mother, a part of me feels like the baby bird has left the nest. That is not the 22 year old "kid" singing on the Singer competition. That is a fully grown confident man. Watching him grow and mature, both professionally and personally is a thing of beauty. ❤ DKIFC-USA

I was waiting for your reaction and analysis, but what a surprise! Nice to meet you Jessica and the baby! I guess we have met the youngest fan for Dimash, the youngest Dear!! How cool it is. Yes, this is epic, he just showed us more of his vocal capacity. I wonder if there's limits for what he can do with his voice. Every time he has something new, and every time we are in awe. Aww! That was so nice 😍 you should bring your girlfriend more times, I enjoyed that. And you should play Dimash for your baby, I read someplace that playing superepic music for babies in utero has a positiv effect om the brain development. Well, It didn't read exactly like that, og was acctualy classical music, but I figured Dimash would have very much the same effect. Cause he is superepic, super natural talentet 😅 Good luck with the baby! Keep up the good work!
