Ma'am there are only 6 shows in every radio station with a duration of 4 hrs each....so ma'am how do new rjs get a job ? The number of shows doesn't increase and it is quite natural so ma'am how do new rjs get a job ? And ma'am if we try hard then also is it every tough to get a job in any radio station ? Last question ma'am , in the audition of our dream radio station if we once get rejected can we reappear for the audition and ma'an what is the maximum time for an individual to reappear in the audition of a particular radio station ? Ma'am please bless me so that I can become an Rj , u r my great motivation ma'am 🙏🙏
