Sir,Iam suffering from WMD for last 3 years.But it was diagnosed 2 ýears ago.I have taken taken 5 Anti VEGF.But symptoms recur again after 2 months.I am 81 years old.Financially I can't cope with such costĺy treatment Can laser /steroid therapy will help? Sir, I have Macular edema due to BRVO in Right Eye, This happened 2 years ago and since then I have taken 10 Anti VEGF injections (Avastin and Zaltrap) and latest dose of Ozudex as I have stopped responding to Avantin and Zaltrap. Please let me know if Laser treatment will help me to reduce frequest injections. But with these injections I am able to maintain 20 20 Vision. Dear sir, There are 'Implantable miniature telescope lens' available for AMD patients. It does not cure the disease, but helps to magnify image so patients get little more functional vision.

Hello sir, actually 3 years ago i diagnosed retinal problems. Dr. told me that i my retina tissue was damaged and i need operation.In 2019 i had my retinal detachment surgery (360BB+PPV+PFCL+EL+SOI G/A)which was my first operation and my second operation (phaco with PCIOL+SOR L/A) was done on 2020 for removed of silicon oil. Though i had operation my vision is still not that clear i only can anyone presence and hardly read something. You should go for a retina specialist, these test are not necessary. A dilated eye can easily detect this with naked eyes.

For PCV we use Photodynamic therapy. Vertiporfin dye is injected and Infrared laser given after fixed time for fixed duration. Results are good. Cost of therapy is around 65000-75000.

No. Very rarely (less than 1 in 1000), a membrane can develop over the macula called ERM. Mostly this does not need any treatment.

Mujhe focal treatment karwane k baad ek week ho gya hai. Doctor ne koe bhee eye drop nahi diya . Kya meri problem door ho jaayegi?

Sir I had prophylactic barrage laser in my left eye and I was given eye drop .I mistakely put the drop in right eye too.Will it show side effects?

No. Dont worry. But dont use it anymore for the wrong eye.

Sir a new lattice is found after my laser my eyes are 6/6 but doctor said we will not laser it because it does not have hole so should it is a serious issue my doctor said no restrictions for me only 6 month cheakup if needed he will laser it in future. Should i worry about it my eyes are 6/6 no floters only some rare flases i get

Sir, please let me know whether Subthreshold Micro pulse Laser is safer and effective than Green Laser. As I read in some articles that Micro pulse laser spares tissues as there is a time for cooling in this type of Laser.

It is safer
