I woke up this morning to hear such bad news. That the amazing Tina Turner has passed away last night at age 83 she was an incredible woman she was beautiful she was a super star on stage, she was soo energetic on stage. My favourite song from hers is (nutbush city limits) this song is one of her biggest and iconic hits in Australia we all know this song and we all love to dance to it. Tina will go down in history as the greatest female entertainer of all time. R.I.P Tina Turner 💔🙏🕊♥️

So sad to hear that Tina Turner has passed away. Saw her live at one of the Atlantic City Casinos, she was opening act for Lou Rawls back in 1980. Also met her in Beverly Hills California. She was driving Green Mercedes Convertible at the time. She was SIMPLY THE BEST

What's even more tragic is that she had two of her Sons precede here in Death. One from cancer and the other, sadly, from suicide. She had a very full life but parts of it filled with abuse which was very painful and difficult to bare for a period of sometime. I am glad that she was given a second chance and that the last 40+ years of her life was filled with stardom, attention and the success and recognition she always deserved. RIP. Great video GIV!

Amazing video GIV, Tina Turner was an extraordinary entertainer. Words cannot express how I feel about Tina Turner. She helped pay the way for women to speak up about pressures in a relationship and how to move forward from them. Her music career expand it 60 years plus and I happened to believe, if she wouldn’t have gotten sick, she would have had a resurgence of her career. Tina Turner will totally & truly be missed Rest in Paradise, my beautiful Queen 🤴🏽. 🤍🤍🤍💐💐💐 I have so many favorite songs from her I cannot pick and choose, but if I had to choose one, it will be “Simply The Best” because we all are simply the best.

Her legacy will live on, she was an inspiration to many women for leaving an abusive relationship and going on her own. 1986, was the year I got to know her, I rather think of that than all the years during the 70s when she was living with Ike, What's Love Got to Do With It is so appropriate considering her life with Ike. Rest in Peace Tina Turner, you deserve all the praise and adoration you get.

It’s very sad to hear about Tina Turner passing away. I always hoped she’d bounce back and sing on stage again, because I could never envisage her being old. But I think losing her son in 2022, during the Covid nightmare made her life much more harder to live because a parent should never outlive their children. All of her songs are amazing, especially; We don’t need another hero, and simply the best. Iconic songs. As for your beard Mikey, I think your mum just cares about how you look, and is just giving her opinion about growing a beard or not. But I do think you look good with or without a beard.

I was tasked to remove trash and dishes from the plane, and there she was, Ms. Turner reading a magazine. I said “Excuse me ma’am, may I take these dishes?” She smiled and I did my task, on the way out she asked me if I enjoyed my job. I said “of course, I meet all the best people…” she smiled and handed me a $100 bill. That memory and many more I will remember for as long as I live…
