Если бы Гитлер победил, Россия не была бы так плоха по сравнению с тем, какой она была в советское время и сегодня. Гитлер упомянул в частном порядке, что его методы управления Россией, Беларусью и Украиной должны основываться на взаимной выгоде и сотрудничестве. Культура России и ее народов осталась бы в покое, любой неэтнический славянин в России был бы отправлен на родину. А Россия, Украина и сама Белоруссия получат огромную выгоду от тех же стратегий устойчивого развития, которые немцы использовали для возрождения своей экономики, которые были бы использованы в России.
