Surah to read before sleep 1. 2 last ayahs of surah al baqara 2. Surah al sajda 3. Surah al mulk (protects you from punishment of the grave) 4. Surah Kafiroon(protects you from shirk) 5. Surah ikhlas.falaq.Nas plus ayatul kursi it's may help you one day on the day which Spans 50.000 years Hope any off you reading may have Benefited (plz speard the word)..
