Ah great to have you come check it out. I used standard dewarp which is the most cropped in setting.

Good question, I didn't do anything special, I just waited and relaxed for an hour, the most important thing is to take it easy the first 2 or 3 days until your body can acclimatise. Every time I go I never feel normal for that length of time.
