Last month I quitted every social media for my exams. And that was the best decision i have taken in this year. I was missing out on all those snaps, stories, reels.., but I was having a good social life. It is so better to look into the people's eyes and talk to them rather than to sneak in other's life on social media and comparing yourself.
allhmaduallah may god bless you and your family with paradise since i start watching your videos my life has changed a lot thx to you bro
This is a great video wow as always hamza 10/10. I noticed this addiction pandemic when I got in a relationship with a girl that was really into instagram and tiktok like she would rather watch tiktok on her phone lying in my bed instead of going outside with me that´s what really shocked me and made me realise alot. Luckily I quit all that shit and she broke up with me. Iam also trying to help my friends quit too. It´s time to change now! Find something you like and just do it even if it costs money. Your time is worth more than everything so you should enjoy it to the fullest. It´s not always easy but as long as you have goals and put time in them you will achieve something.
You're showing the people. Like, the real us putting in the work. I love this video, it's a blast. Best Hamza

Living prove of how social my life is after leaving social media! Alhumdulilah! Thank you Hamza and all you brave men out there for motivating me
Loving these videos. This is my exact predicament at work at the moment, two people have been making it hell for me, due to the fact that I am good at my job, if not better than them, and they're trying anything to get me in trouble, not taking that shit.
"Its better to have everyone forget you than to have nobody remember you".
For those that still have doubts, I left social media in 2019 and was a bit bored for some time, but after a while, I completely forgot about it. My priorities shifted. Instead of thinking about what I need to post for likes and validation, my focus shifted to my own life, being away from social media takes off a lot of mental and social stress and for the best part, you can live life at your own pace , away from the world of quickly changing 'trends'. I'm so glad that people are quitting social media now, and also glad that hamza is talking about it.
Ur 100% right my friend. People go outside, train, be healthy, go on adventure!!!
While It may be hard to take for some, this hits home. I completely agree with this statement. While it may be hard to get out of social media, this opened my eyes to an extent. Thankyou.
I think social media alone are not the problem. It's society itself that makes young people believe they are essential due to its very value system. Stopping the waste of time is indeed important but we have to realise who really wants us inactive.
I promise myself i will put every last drop of my blood sweat, effort, energy. To my studies, I will and this will happen. I will become someone great. The ideal man that i am afraid of being and starting the journey altogether. I will and I will that i am going to make this happen. No matter what.
This video is incredible. One of your best one brother. Thanks for It, thanks for saying the facts !
Love the editing, keep up the good work.
Brothers, it's time to make this viral, share with your family, friends and in your social media accounts if you have, it's time for change and revolution, come on, and thank you Hamza for all the thing you do for our mental health, keep going King.👑
thank you. i needed that today. i guess 1 hour walk it is today.
These community video's really are what this channel is about bringing people who want the better for their lives and willing to change to do so
I really think one of the reasons its so hard to quit these things and actually go out and get a life is lack of friendships. Like if i had a brother we would be out doing everything together, hitting the gym together, fighting together, going out gettin some pussy all that. This is just my perspective since im so lonely.

I deleted Instagram a couple of months ago, as a week went by I missed chatting with my friends, seeing what they did and positing anything I was up to. But a couple of weeks later I realised how much freedom I had, I didn't have to be on social media to be cool, I didn't have to spend hours messaging in group chats, I didn't have to show anyone what I was doing in life, BECAUSE I DID IT FOR MYSELF. So did I gain anything from it? Absolutely yes, now I had the time to help my siblings with their homework, now I had more time to spend at the gym and read books. If anyone is curious, I'm just a normal person on the path to becoming the best I can. And let me tell you, this thing works.
Thank you Hamza for motivating us all to be better versions of ourselves. I was so addicted to instagram until a few days ago when I watched your delete instagram video at 3 AM and deleted it on impulse, and i feel better already.
