Dr.Trish Leigh, You have helped me along this journey and helped me to receive one of the greatest gifts one could ever receive; how to say no to porn addiction. I’m very grateful for your advice and have learned how to take it to heart. Because of your KZread vids, I have learned how to get passed my porn addiction and relearned how to be part of life once again. So many things have become better for me; I wake up with more energy, better focus, continued stable thinking, emotional stability, and better awareness of myself. I’ve struggled with my sexuality resulting in lost jobs, friends, etc, etc. As of right now, I’m getting back into music and art. I can’t believe how everything is beginning to open up--and I’ve only been listening to you for 3 1/2 weeks! I’m no longer wasting endless hours in self gratification, but finding deeper meaning in the relationships that I do have. I’m learning how to be a blessing to others and seek more out of life. Thank you Dr. Leigh Merry Christmas to you and your family and all those seeking your advice

Seems like everything comes down to living in reality. Not running away from it. Facing the hard questions and working towards answering them the best we can.

Thank you for talking about love and connection. I like this "there's your people and there's the rest of the world, and it's your job to find your people." I feel like I'm missing love more than I thought. I'm putting in my agenda to find a therapist or coach. I have a good friend now, and my remaining family are good people. I could use a person to talk about harder things with.

Dr. Trish. I cannot reveal my sources but you must believe this. It's a scientific fact, a 100% accurate fact your dad adores you. You must believe it. He just has not been able to find words which describe how deep his feelings are...he can't be more proud of you. Call him, tell him you love him too! You've got to remember, we men are...kind of slow... please be patient with us...! please tell no one I said this. ;)

Thank you so much for this comment. I know he does. It’s sad for him not being able to tell me. I can hear it in his voice. He used to call me a “Little Wish”when I was young. So cute, right. Again thank you for reassuring me… I really appreciate it. 🙏🏻

DR Trish have you ever read No More Mr Nice Guy by Robert Glover, I found it was one of the most helpful books for me.

Interesting that for most people or me at least, we live like love and acceptance is not essential and it is never a priority, we ignore a lot of our human condition and how important those needs are
