OMG ! Finally back ....I have watched this so many times and when it comes time to show my friends..it wasn't anywhere to be found . Thank you so much for adding this on your channel . This video is absolutely some of the best of Quinn Sullivan. Someone I've been watching for a number of years now and he's one of the greatest guitarist I've ever seen. Thank Buddy Guy for giving this boy the stage he needed to showcase his talent . So Glad to watch this again !

Same here. So glad to see the clip make it back on YT. Listened to it a few times and then realized it was gone when I wanted to recommend Quinn to a friend. The balance between pure savagery and feel here is just perfect. Love it! PS. the bassist at 2:39 can feel it too :D

After listening to this..after being with this...after having the honor of being a witness to such talent, soul and heart...I have no brain left..it's with God.

I agree. Whenever I hear Quinn play, I hear him channeling all the greats that he has been listening to since a baby. Through him, depending on he song, I can hear Clapton, Derek Trucks, Bonamassa, Santana, Mayer. When The greats are all gone we will still hear them through Quinn's playing.

Well, to be perfectly honest, as pin-balling around the YT universe - which as a retired old fart of 70 I tend to do these days - can easily show you, there’s literally hundreds of brilliantly talented musicians of all instruments and genres who can easily outshine the “artists” populating the spotlight of mainstream, and Quinn is certainly among them; but I think to proclaim any single one of these new “wunderkind” as GOAT is a disservice to those veterans who preceded them, or younger ones you’ve not yet stumbled upon. edit; my apologies, you did say one of, so yeah, he’ll likely be remembered. Those lists of “100 greatest, etc, “ are nothing more than the curated opinion of the editors of same.

My first was him being on stage with Buddy Guy at age 10 or so blowing Buddy's mind. Mine as well. I have witnessed a lot of kid talent since Nandi Bushnell, wow!

Amazing seeing the amount of heart and soul that a young man his age is able to put into his playing. Watching a lot of his other work he reminds me of a young E. Clapton and you can hear Claptons influence in the way he plays. I hope the younger generation appreciate this music and the budding stars keeping it alive as much as us older folks that grew up with all these older guitar legends.

Well Mr. Santana this Kid came to show you what he learned from Buddy Guy ! Quinn will be without any question a future hall of famer and he will carry the torch from BB King, Jeff Beck etc etc. I made this late comment out of respect to Jeff Beck who past away. RIP Sir !

I am going to definitely look on his page for some slow blues. He plays with soul and that’s the part I recognize. I love Chicago where I live and from time to time somebody very soulful and unique place. I’m going to be a fan. Thank you. Keep the blues alive. Well Quinn ...I'm up at 5:42 jamming out to you and Santana doing maggot brain and man's world. This is absolutely the best cover I've ever heard this song done . I still run into people that will listen to me and get my phone out and start showing them Quinn and Buddy Guy at Red Rocks and when Quinn comes out on stage.... Everytime I get to sit there and enjoy those real puzzled looks on there faces 😂 Your a force to be reckoned with My Friend and I saw where you and Beth supposed to toured together and had to cancel it because of covid . Quinn I lost my mind when I saw that and I was talking to a girl I use to date about it but she hasn't heard Beth Hart but she's one of the biggest Quinn fans that they are . But Beth Hart absolutely... literally blew me away so bad the first time I saw her and see how instantly became my favorite female vocalist ever and I mean ever ! I don't know of one singer anywhere in the world that would even stand a chance at beating Beth . But my guitar Hero right here is the Guitarist that I'll follow until I run out of black top and then I'll use gravel . One of the most Amazing People/ songwriters and Guitarist in the world .
