I’m about to invest in this luggage thanks to you (the 20” expandble version). Question though, are the zippers puncture-proof? It might be a deal breaker.

Yes, they do have quality YKK zippers. I am not too sure about what you mean by puncture proof, but do you mean if you can easily stick a pencil between the teeth of the zipper? if so, then yes, their teeth are very smooth and tight and you can not easily puncture the zipper that way. It’s very close to the same since the polycarbonate shell is very thin
