The second annual Quilt Time Festival held at the Pacifico Yokohama convention center is one of the largest in Japan and is part quilt contest and part quilt exhibition. This year's theme was "My Favorite Things." Among the quilts on display were some from the Modern Quilt Guild in the USA, and some from a Mexican quiltmaker -- those are distinctive and should be obvious to the viewer. The quilts made of Japanese indigo (aizome) will also be obvious. Some of the quilts on display at the exhibit from the National Quilt Museum in Kentucky (USA) .
