In all fairness, this series of games really has everyone in pretty awful positions. Big Boss watched his mentor get sold down river for a quick turnaround and a truckload of cash, and ended up trying to make a independent nation, Ocelot followed Big Boss and ultimately spent the rest of his life, and almost entirely shed his own identity to bring down the program he helped establish, only at the very end of his life being himself. Vemon became another man to lead the unit while Big Boss either went to live peacefully or set up addition plans, and Quiet was his assassin who's life was changed forever by being burnt, and ending up becoming loyal to the man she thought she was meant to kill. Makes me wonder whether she even knew who vemon really was, or whether they both were living a lie, one being another man and the other believing in that illusion. Then again, without it they likely would have never met. It's a interesting one Then there's Snake, who spent all of his games fighting a war he didn't really understand, in a body that aged so fast that his life passed him by. He never had a mother or a father really, it was ironic that the man he was raised to kill simply told him to live.

What would you like to hear?

Quiet deserved far better than what she got, sure she was sent to kill snake but her story had so much potential. At least in the end she found redemption. She is the diamond that shines brightest in my opinion. MGS V was not have been the best story wise, but let's remember MGS as a series that made us laugh and cry. Perhaps one day konami will get their heads out their asses and make up for their failings but I doubt there is any redemption for them for many years to come.
