was ist mit Bestandskunden ? Gibt es ein Umrüstset incl. controler ? Das wohl größere Problem an dem Fahrrad, wurde auch gleich ein update für den Frontscheinwerfer mit eingearbeitet ? Die Ausgangsleistung für das Frontlicht ist einfach nur unzureichend bei dem " alten " controler ". what about existing customers? Is there a conversion kit including a controller? The probably bigger problem with the bike was an update for the headlight also included? The output power for the front light is simply inadequate with the "old" controller.

Is it possible to turn it off? It will drain the battery now. Like front like push button on when no need of. Can it work just with brakes? I hope you reply. I am an ambassador as well. Cyrusher is good but has made some mistakes.

Hello, Do you mean the taillight? The taillight needs to be activated manually, and currently, it cannot function simultaneously with the brake light.

This should have been included in first place, like Kuattro. Why is it not sent for free to all Ranger/Trax owners?

Will this work on the 1st.generation Ranger . How do I know if I have a Ranger 2.0 controller .I purchased a Ranger 2.0 controller within the past 90 days and it looks to be a original Ranger Controller. Is there a no# that differentiates the Original Ranger from the Ranger 2.0 controller ?

@@ralfklosener6981 Original Ranger goes 20mph under throttle only. Ranger 2.0 does 28mph that may max out at 31-33 mph throttle only. So it is increased speed under throttle only use.

Hi, hope this helps you: You can open the Ranger's controller cover and see if there are spare wires to connect to the taillight. (We only have it on our new version Ranger)

**Beware of Cyrusher Ranger - Total Scam!** I purchased a Cyrusher Ranger bike and am utterly disappointed with the quality and customer service. After just a few kilometers, the display was already broken. It took a lot of effort and time before they finally sent me a new display. It's misleading that they claim to be based in France because the phone number provided on their website is unreachable. After receiving the new display and taking a test ride, I found that the assistance no longer supports up to 25 km/h but only up to 15 km/h. The worst part is that the brakes no longer work. I nearly had an accident that could have been fatal. Additionally, the brakes make an unbearable squeaking noise. When I contacted customer service, they told me to go to a bike shop and have oil added. This is an unacceptable solution for a brand-new bike that was just purchased. I will now pursue legal action if I can even find a contact person. It appears that the parts come from China, not France. This is a deliberate deception to create the impression of having a contact in Europe. Absolute scam! People, beware and stay away from this bike. It is completely dangerous, and the customer service is terrible. Definitely avoid the Cyrusher Ranger!
