Module heats up easyly and the output current drops dramatically to around 80 90 mili amps.

Yes, that is a way to use it. You are better having a battery (with proper charge controller) in the circuit as well, to smooth the solar output during clouds etc.
I want to buy this case
Bro 1 question can we charge batteries
@johncoops6897

No, of course not. This is not a battery charger. It is a USB power supply..
Is this work on 19v laptop charger

Yes!

The maximum allowable voltage is 32v, so most chargers can be used, as long as the supplied voltage is more than 12v, it can be used well.
Where to buy the case?

That's the case I asked my friend to do for me, it's not available for sale. you can make your own from a suitable plastic box (bigger than 90x45x13mm) or 3d print this pattern www.thingiverse.com/thing:4743608

Thanks a lot...
"QUICK Test" ?? 😏 *SKIP TO **8:00* to when he stops fiddling around with the assembly of the plastic case and actually plugs it in to test it. Not that he actually tests it anyway, he doesn't check protocol detection, voltages under load, or even what maximum load it can handle. What a waste of time. 👎👎
