In this video, I share a super quick and easy summery recipe. This cake comes together with just a few ingredients and uses up all that extra in season fruit you have flying around. The dough itself only has 6 ingredients and turns out super fluffy.

4 eggs

1 splash vanilla extract

150 grams vanilla pudding
100 grams greek yogurt
Fresh fruit of choice - strawberries, blueberries, mandarins, grapes, etc
Glaze:
1 glaze package (or 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch)
250 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar
