Same.. Ive been begging them to tell us which type of icing that is for years.

I wish they used nicer colours for the heart. Prettily decorated but those colours do not complement each other at all.

To me, it looks like it might be a good colour scheme for someone who is quite young. But this might have been a custom order and we do not know who this cake is for so we can’t really judge.

They make some beautiful cakes but more often than not the colors clash horribly..

The plain decoration looks good, then they start making roses and maybe one or two roses could be good, but what is the point of decorating it if you are just going to cover all with giant roses. It's way too much.

@@nathanseymour299 I'm saying the good and bad things so the channel can get better, that is not only hate. I only saw 2 videos from this channel and then realized they are all the same and stopped watching. Many share the same feedback about the excessive roses and music choice. Hater would be someone that only says bad things and follows every video someone uploads to leave bad comments even when they already know they are not going to like it. I stopped watching and commenting once I realized this content is not for me. Don't be so quick to judge and put people into a box. I understand my comments are not always pleasant to read for someone skilled working hard, but it's not hate and I don't have to delete my account only because I give honest feedback and that means once in a while it can be negative xd

Everyone here talking about it's beauty while I'm here wondering how they get the icing to be this fluffy and stable at the same time

We have this kind of cream in my country every bakery use this cream to make cakes. I learned about it when I went on to take my professional cake baking class. Until then I used to make swiss butter cream which was very difficult to keep stable. Now that I am using this wheeping cream that looks exactly like this vedio

Can you make a cake that has no flowrt because all of your cakes always has flower in it, its a bit redundant for me make cakes without flowers

Some of the colours does not coordinate. But icing is perfect.

The technique is flawless! Extremely neat, crisp and very beautiful. However that is just far too much icing. I can't imagine anyone would be able to actually taste the _cake_ beneath all that cream, ganache and buttercream.
