The puppeteer's timing on Jerry seems so good with Paul's dialogue for the character. I know there was a script but it works so well here.

Next month..February 3,2022 will mark the 60th anniversary of the taping of this kids TV game show pilot.
Being a ventriloquist myself, it’s no problem to use my hand to sync my dialogue with the figure’s mouth, because it’s all me. But I can’t figure out how the guy manipulating Jerry is perfectly matching up with what Paul is speaking because he has no way of being inside Paul’s head as he thinks up quips on the spur of the moment!
Love the kid's NY accents.
It’s really hard to ignore the long hair stuck in the gate. Still a pretty funny show, though.
