No, you would be ok but, there pretty shit, it will break down after every use, so better of getting a pitbike or something, but get it from a good website like welsh pit bike

tighten the header plug and it will sound better and dont use beer cans

If you are 12 you should look at the 125cc pit bikes they are about the same price but taller, this bike is made for like 7-8 year olds honestly

Standard cheap Chinese engine that go around 30mph but they seem to rattle loose. and the carburettors are prone to break easy. but you can buy the racing engines cheap enough and they are alot relyable and go around 40 - 45 mph other than that the bike looks ok and the can on the exhaust you can use any tin can and they are easy enough to put on and personly that helmet looks funny on with that kind of that bike lol and u need a field rather than that tiny garden.
