QUICK KNITTED CAPELET
Hello to all fab knitters. This time I will tell you how to knit this easy capelet. There will be no knitting along. However, you can watch my video and/or look for the pattern on my blog. You need to know how to cast on, be familiar with knit st (K), purl st (P), yarn over (YO), knit two sts together (K2tog), and bind off with purl st (BO). This capelet is based on yoke-style increases. The entire capelet is knitted in the round.

I hope so too, Abeer. It's been bothering me for nearly 2 months. I might have to have MRI done - something is pinched there that is giving me spasms in my muscle. I've been exercising it per dr recommendation, so it is a little better.
