As an argentine girl I think that pibe of the best surprises I got out of going to Australia was getting to try Thai cuisine for the first time in my life. Omg IT BLEW MY MIND!!! I have been pursuing knowledge as a cook ever since to get the flavors right. It’s my absolute favorite food. Thank you for this great intro❤

I lived in So California for 40 years. Never ever saw Thai food. Not one person ever mentioned Thai food. So of all food was the least popular by a mile. Now traveling and living in Thailand for 4 months the food is Boring and weak. Too spicy or Too bland.
