Oh YES YES YES !!!! Just what I was looking out how to do. I bought two double sets of dies from HSN very expensive ones. They did not do a show how to make an easel card but a number of their show and tell pre-made cards in the advertisement presentation was showing lovely easel crafted cards using these dies. I've never made an easel card but so was intrigued and finally sat down to see what KZread has to offer. You are the VERY First one up and you hit the sweet spot. Lovely well done easy to follow and understand your presentation today. Thank you for taking the time to share this. Yes I know 6 years ago...but who's counting it is just as relevant today. PS Love your log home...I used to covet log homes. My father built 4 of them. Three of his own over the years and one for a sister. When it came time to return to MT my husband & I decided there was a glut on the market of already made homes. And opted out of making a dream home and bought a 1950's home that's interesting in it's own right. Along with lots of problems finding enough OUTLETS for all my crafting appliances and computer oriented tools needing outlets. Thank you again for your wonderful video.

So many people have commented that they love that I live in a "log cabin".....and I have to explain that it's a log home. And I live in Montana!!! 😊 But it no longer looks like a log home. A severe windstorm tore the roof off and the ceiling caved in and in the end the house needed to be gutted. When "rebuilding" the house I decided I didn't want the log home look anymore. Log homes are beautiful, but also require maintenance, and since my husband died 2 years ago, it was time for a change. He had planned on building my dream house on our property (we have 6 acres), but died before he could do that. So, now his best friend that would have been building it with him is the person building my dream house right now (not exactly my dream house but close). Well back to the video.....I'm so happy you came across mine first and that you think it's easy to follow and understand. That really means a lot to me. I bought an antique birthday card for my antique dad 😉 It is like a postcard and begged to be displayed but my elderly parents don't want more bric-a-brac at their age, such as an actual mini easel. I cannot figure out how to make an easel so my card stands straight, instead of leaning or tilting back. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

How straight or tilted your card stands depends on where you place the "stopper". I usually set the easel in the position I want it in, and then place the stopper there. I usually point that out in my videos and I'm sorry if I did not in this one. This is an older video and I don't remember if I showed that or not. Here is another one where I address the stopper a litte more, Snowman Family Easel Card - A Little Christmas Inspiration For You kzread.info/dash/bejne/gHt_pZRxdaSYgLQ.html I have others but these 2 videos should be of help. Please don't stress over the angle of the easel, there is no rule about that, it's all about your preferrence and where you put the stopper. Have fun 😊 Hugs....Janie
