Recipe for Sourdough Waffles
1 cup leftover starter
2 cups milk
2 cups of all-purpose or wheat flour
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Makes 8 waffles!
