Ingredients for no oven easy cheese stuffed bread bazlama in the pan recipe
for the dough
400 g yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt
4-5 glasses (480-600 g) of flour (The amount of flour depends on the consistency of the yogurt.I used 4.5 glasses (550 g) of flour in total)
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the filling
250 g of cheddar cheese
Feta cheese or cottage cheese can be used as well
Butter

После выпечки, когда смазывают сливочным маслом, видно, что блин/хлеб опал/присел , и уже не такой пышные, а плоский?! Всем хорошего настроения и крепкого здоровья!
