My mom would make something like this years ago when I was a teenager. Was such a good supper after I got home from school. Fills you right up too!

I Love This! I mix All ingredients together except the chips. I put in the oven covered. On My plate I put crushed nacho chips and whatever toppings I want. Very Good. I've been making this for at least 45 years!

Thank you Sue, I appreciate seeing how you do yours, I make a much smaller one in a 2 gt baking pan. I mix 1 pound of cooked ground beef that has a small onion & some Mexican bell pepper in it, some beans, corn & sala & top it with Jeffy's cornbread bake it & top it with a.sour cream, seasoning &; cheese mixture. Love you, just wanted to share with you the way you share with me.b

Delicious! I used a small layer of crushed Nacho Cheese chips and sliced olives!

If you like this you should try doritos casserole , you can use hamburger or chicken to make it

Drain the beans but don't rinse them..there is lots of flavor on those beans. Also try Ortego Taco sauce instead of the salsa..

Sorry I messed up my message! I loved the nacho cheese Doritos so much when they first came out, I made a similar casserole to this and also a salad with all fresh ingredients to this. I just love them! I’m going to make this tonight for my hubby and I. Thank you for your words and love of God. I KNOW the lord spared my life almost 14 years ago. Gave me the perfect donor for a Bone Marrow Transplant. PRAISE THE LORD 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️and bless you too!
