The only problem with gulberg is that the houses are far far behind from the main entrance. The map of the society is the main reason of its been still not populated. The first house comes approx. 14 km from the main gate.

Definitely looking into a property here currently in UK working

Don't buy here. They are dead slow in development. Just check their residencia a block, still not developed after 16 years.

More shady trees are needed and not the small decorative shrubs. The date palm, khajoor tree is not shady unlike the big trees planted in Islamabad. Overall it's good, the later part of the video where there is more open areas and less construction. But very expensive.

These days all buildings are constructed according to the standards set by CDA keeping in view the earthquakes

Yes, it is fully earquake proof by USA and GHQ. Please bear in mind. It is as much earthquake proof as Pakistani all other institutions are, such as, political structure, PIA, Wapda, Sui Gas, Railway, armforces, and judiciary.

Though beautiful and attractive but still looks behind than new dehli,noeda and gurhgaaoun! Why? This is to ponder upon by Pakistanis themselves!

It was announced by the management that the owners of the plots will have to wait for fully possession another at least one hundred years, because this society belongs to the Military civilian wing, which is as much corrupt as the army itself.

Yeah, we lag behind all Indian cities in the number of slums . At least these buildings are mostly glass-covered, unlike those in Mumbai, New Delhi, a totally rubbish city, and Noida, etc.😂😂😂😅😅
