Dear Sir, I am the mom of 3 energetic young boys. It's often hard to find them adventures they can do while not destroying property (digging holes is not allowed on our rental property). But my rambunctious little men often get to experience the joy of a good hunt through your videos. I am forever grateful. I especially love the fact that you quote scripture. It may seem over spiritual of me, but the fact is that quite often young men are embarrassed to quote the Living Word, and I love that they look up to you and see your example. I am the mom that listens to what their children are seeing and hearing in the shadows in order to give them some space but also monitor what they are listening to. I thank God you have this channel. Nugget, we used to make those "spinning toys" back when I was a kid in the late 1950's. We called them a "Whizz Dizz." They made loud whizzing sound when you got them going real good. Thanks for the show. It brings back a bunch of great memories.

I loved the tour of the relic room. I would like to see the other one as well. It is awesome and really makes you think when everything you see in that room. Silver coins war relics and pieces of history were all items you found. None of it cost you anything accept time and the money for gas and gear. Such a worthy hobby and great stories to tell. Awesome can't wait to see the second room...

My uncle did a lot of detecting, and would always display for us kids the things he found. Usually it was a lot of coins. when he found a site of an old house, he would search out where the out-house was located. This was the area he would find lots of coins and what-not, because the act of taking down your pants to use the out-house would sometimes result in your pockets getting turned out. I grew up with out-houses, and the general rule of thumb was to locate it on the north east side of the house, so the wind would carry the smell away from the house. I'm not saying this is where you'll always find them, but this is where my grandfather always located the one on his farm, and his reason for it. Worked very well for him, so I thought I would pass this little bit of info onto you. Keep up the search.

you got me back into it. had a fisher cz-5 i bought in 1999 and used it a few times and quit. got it out, new batteries and she sings. i just found a penny, took me an hour to dig it without a pointer. man that was a lot of work. i am DONE for the day now. thanks for the videos, u motivated me, keep digging brother!
