Does your budget cloak have a floppy hood? There’s a quick way to try and fix that.
I got this Mandalorian Luke Skywalker for my son and the cloak is a floppy fleece material (it flows awesomely when he walks though!). The hood completely blocks his vision so we needed a way to give it some shape.
I got some jewelry wire, snipped a tiny hole and threaded it into the small hem along the edge. Put a few stitches along that edge to hold the wire in place and sew up the tiny hole and you’re done.
If you don’t have jewelry wire you could use weed eater line or anything similar. I like the wire because it’s very bendable.
