Here is the link to the Quick Assessment as well which I adapted from the book a little so it is simpler and easier to understand what goes where. I suggest to have a go at this now and then again every quarter or so to revise it.
It might be another task to do but the magic that happens doing it is incredible. The focus it gives you and clarity this comes with is something you never saw coming. Trust me, its coming :)
