why they make this light gray

How comfy compared to the original fabric is it? Any sweating while sitting on it for too long (as in being too much like plastic)?

I guess 9 out of 10 as far as comfy! No sweating at all. Though it gets loose especially if you have kids jumping around.

Does the cushion cover also come along with the purchase of the sofa cover?

How easy is it to open the couch into bed with the cover?

Super easy, just unzip both zippers from both sides of the cover and pull the bed as normal.

If you put the bed as normal don't you get the zippers on the top? If yes do. you feel them when you lay down?

Yes zippers are on top, and you’ll kinda feel it if your legs on it, however overall not that bad to be honest.
