1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine or saki or mirin
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn flour
Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup water
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried minced garlic or fresh garlic minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp rice wine or saki or mirin
2 tbsp honey
1/2 a lemon juice
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
