CAMOTE FRIES... This is the filipino version of fries. Instead of using the regular potatoes, I use sweet potatoes. There so many ways to do this, but this is my quick and easy way to make this SWEET POTATO FRIES.

500 gms camote, shreded
1 tsp fine salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup water
