Important note: this leveling compound is only for use on concrete floors. There are others that are rated for use on plywood subfloor.

Two questions, Will a little drywall mud interfere with the primer? I was able to get the bulk of it off with a sponger but still resides. 2nd, my floor tapers to the right where it is 5/8” height difference. Will the self leveler fill this in one coat?

the gap between concrete floor and drywall is not for airflow to prevent mold? I thought we should not fill it. Please let me know as I am about to pour self-leveling soon to finish my basement floor.

Is there a outdoor mix available too? I need to level a floor for an above-the-ground pool.

Sounds like his plywood/wood subfloor is uneven and he wants to level it out before installing his flooring choice. I’m in the same boat right now, debating whether or not it’s necessary or if I could pull it off without making the floors perfectly level(idc about it being great because I’m going to rip this place down in under 5 years and rebuild) I’m going with click together but I know there’s also peel n stick options, not sure how those work with sticking to this kind of material but someone probably has tried it
