Quick and Easy Korean Chili Shrimp! | Gochujang Fried Shrimp | 새우깐풍기😋😍
Ingredients:
20 medium size shrimp
1 cup potato starch
1 egg
5 cloves of garlic
2 green onions
1/4 onion, cooking oil
Sauce: 1/2 cup of water
2T soy sauce
1T red pepper paste
2T sugar
3T ketchup
2T vinegar
A bit of starch water
Korean Chili Shrimp Recipe! | Gochujang Fried Shrimp | 새우깐풍기 | 칠리새우
Step 1: Prepare ingredients.
Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel. Slightly cut the inside of the shrimp a couple of times. Slice two green onions, five cloves of garlic, and onions thinly.
Step 2: Making frying batter
Put 1 cup of potato starch in a bowl. Add about 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of cooking oil. Add white part of an egg. Coat the shrimp with the batter
Step 3: Deep-Frying
Pour plenty of oil into the wok. Put the coated shrimp with batter in one by one. Fry the shrimp for about 2 mins. Take it out of the strainer. Cool it down for couple of minutes. Fry the fried shrimp again. When the shrimp is golden brown, take it out into the strainer.
Step 4. Making sauce.
Put half cup of water, 2T of soy sauce, 1T of red pepper paste, 3T of sugar, 3T of ketchup, and 2T of vinegar in a bowl. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, sliced garlic, green onions, and onions. Stir-fry them for about 1 min. Add the sauce. When the ingredients start to boil, add starch water
Add fried shrimp to the sauce and mix gently and quickly.

요리 3단계: 튀기기
기름을 웍에 넉넉히 부어주세요. 새우에 반죽옷을 입혀 하나씩 넣어주세요. 새우가 노릇해졌으면 채로 건져주세요. 몇분간 식혀주세요. 첫번째 튀긴 새우를 다시 한번 더 튀겨주세요. 우가 노릇 노릇해졌으면 채에다 건져주세요.
요리 4단계 소스만들기
그릇에 물 반컵, 간장 2큰술, 고추장 1큰술, 설탕 3큰술, 케첩 3큰술, 식초2큰술 넣어주세요. 모든 재료를 잘 섞어주세요. 팬에 식용유 2큰술 넣어주세요. 그리고
썰어 둔 마늘, 쪽파, 양파를 넣고 1분 정도 잘 볶아주세요.
재료가 끓기 시작하면 전분물을 조금씩 넣어 저어가며 농도를 맞추어 주세요. 소스에 튀긴 새우를 넣고 살짝 버무려주세요.
