I absolutely love arranging flowers from what I have growing in my own garden. I used to think it was too hard for me to accomplish but now I know it’s just having the right flowers for your grow zone and your time. Some of you ask similar questions so I thought I would answer below on how to start your own cut flower garden.
🌸What does “cut flowers” mean?
If the flower can hold up in a vase and usually has a sturdy stem it is known as a cut flower. These are best for flower arranging.
🌸 Where do you purchase your plants?
Most are purchased from @lowes or @HomeDepot but I just as equally support my
my local nurseries too.
🌸Where do you purchase vases?
The @dollartree has a lot of simple vessels for arranging. Also if you haven’t looked at and local thrift stores you can always find something great without breaking the bank. Oh and there is always @homegoods for the win!
🌸How do I keep my water from turning yellow?
Change it out every other day or add one cap full of bleach to the water in the vase.
