This was just a quick video on a much larger topic of water storage and storm readiness, as we have a tornado watch in effect. You can also clean and fill your tubs and sinks, have stored water in your preps, fill up every container that can hold water (pots, pans, bowls, cups, Tupperware containers, and even zip lock bags if you have to). When and if water is not accessible, you will be glad you did what looked to be silly, as it will be priceless to you and your family. There are water filters, and treatment drops ect if you want to do some research on your own. This is just a quick video, with a practical thing that you can do in just a few minutes to make a difference if you need it.

@Bouje-Prepper yup, I have that tub thing as well, but it's a one time thing that you can't really dry out well to pack back up and to store away for next time. I will keep that for when an immediate confirmed threat is at hand (or to store water sourced from outside the system should it go down, as a storage for "raw water" to be filtered for use).
