👋 Today I wanted to do some journaling to pour my thoughts onto paper. Don't you have days where you feel so overwhelmed and confused that you don't know what to do anymore? This is what's been happening to me lately and I found that journaling helps me to canalize this overwhelming feeling. Even if my thoughts are all over the place, it feels good to put them on paper!
