Every single person has a unique way to see the world and act according to it.. I really admire people who take the decision to see the world like a huge opportunity to learn and grow getting out of their comfort zone and having the courage to explore the "unknown and challenging part" for "let the magic happens"... So I wish you the best in this process and thanks a lot for this inspiring speech! Regards from Colombia !
Awesome ! Always thought that way, really picked the right words and examples ! Thank you !
Thank you Hugo for reminding us how much we must be thankfull being a part of AIESEC and thank you for carrying of our value proposition by showing up on the stage!

Thank you Katie :)
Obrigado Hugo for enabling others to think about questioning (me included). I've heard about the "we are the average of the 5 people we spend more time with" and couldn't agree more. I defenitly relate to that and try my best many times to leave my confort zone and experience new things :D (sometimes sucessfully). Many people stay in lousy jobs to sustain their family, either their sons or their parents. They dislike their job but have people depending on them. What would you say to them? how can they embrace leaving that bored but necessary (?) lifestyle? Once again muito obrigado and i am very happy to learn from you (this time from a ted talk). proudly AIESEC Algarve in 2010 :D

Obrigado Gianluca! Happy that you connected a lot with the questions and feel in a similar way. I think it's a bit hard to generalize situations of people that stay in lousy jobs to sustain their family. It's a harsh situation and it takes courage to "sacrifice" a career path to provide a better journey to their children and family. Probably the best they can do is to know what gives them energy and have as much as possible of that surrounding them. I know some cases of family members and personal friends that are facing such situation and some have found interesting ways of bringing up the best of their lifestyles, despite having a job which they don't enjoy.
Brilliant and inspiring!

Hi Mairh, I am glad you liked the video. There are plenty of organizations that can help you on your journey. I am not sure about specific greek organizations (maybe someone can suggest), but you can try to know more about AIESEC, VSO ICS, uVolunteer, or Kaya Volunteer. Those are the ones I know about.
