    Agreed but, the slow/incremental approach to defeating Russia is not wrong. If you go in too strong, it allows Putin to convince his generals to trigger a nuclear strike. The longer the grind goes the weaker Putin gets and at some point they will collapse or retreat. The important part is to maximize the attrition on all fronts in Russia: military, economic and political

    @@OAlem they didn’t change their mind. They escalated incrementally so they could gauge the Russian response. They always intended to send as many tanks, aircraft bombs and bullets as it takes. They just lied about it. They’ve lied the whole way through. They have said we won’t send troops but they fully intend to send your sons and daughters to die in a bog in Ukraine if that’s what it takes.
