Even sharing about your anxiety that you didn’t know that you really didn’t have until recently as well. You touching on self love, setting boundaries and putting aside ESSENTIAL time for yourself is SPOT ON!!! I felt like the only person who broke up with their child’s father during their pregnancy. It’s a situation that no one ever sees coming. My daughter’s dad cheated on me during my pregnancy and I moved across the country to birth my child with my mom as my support. It was embarrassing and stressful. The most important thing is that my daughter is healthy and we are both happy; just the two of us. I hope whom ever has shared this experience heals and finds happiness within.

My partner and I split during my first pregnancy. The heartache was truly awful. Crying daily. The fear of parenting alone absolutely terrified me. But I can't believe looking back how incredibly strong and empowered it made me. I think I was even a better mother for it...amazingly enough! We are back together now (which I know is not always the outcome) but I'm grateful for the struggle because I will never settle for less again. I had an older wise woman tell me. You have to love yourself. We all think we know what that means, right? But, you wouldn't let anyone treat someone YOU love poorly. Mom, dad, brother, sister, your child, you wouldn't allow anyone to disrespect them. You have to treat yourself the same way. I literally let go. Stopped looking. Prayed a very specific prayer. Or put out into the universe the very specific needs and wants in a partner. My list was literally 10 miles long lol but when my husband found me. Every single thing I prayed for. I saw in him, and I just knew without a doubt he was truly sent to me. I have been a subbie of yours for years, and I also pray your person finds you ❤️

I am a fearful avoidant, leaning more towards anxiously attached. I just started seeing a mindful meditation therapist that is educated in attatchment styles. I encourage everyone to work on your attachment style (work to be securely attached) because if you don’t address it and heal, it will always always always pop up in every relationship you have in your life. It really is fascinating stuff. All has to do with your childhood

Carli I feel you on everything you say!!! I put into the universe you will meet someone at a country music concert or a musician. Possibly someone who is at Starbucks!!! My friend once told me “girl who are you going to meet the burglar that breaks into your house”! Lol . Carli all I can say is do all the things you love to do. Oh and write down all the wonderful things you want in your husband and be SPECIFIC!! I did and I enjoyed single life practiced self love to the point that I didn’t even want anyone! But I wrote down what I wanted in my future husband, and I prayed for him everyday. I prayed that he was loved,safe,that he thought of me and then I prayed that he would make it safely to me closer and closer each day. Guess what Carli where I prayed was in the gym everyday!! And then guess what he walked up to me in the gym❤️. I never told him I wrote of him and I never told him I prayed for him. But one day I will. All in perfect timing. Also I was a single mom of a boy ❤️. It’ll happen and I can’t wait until it does❤️.

You don’t know how much you just healed my heart. I’m in therapy for the something! I’m learning boundaries too and to me it can be hard because I’m such a loving libra and I realize I need to watch who I give my time and energy to! I hope you are able to still keep those healthy boundaries and that people respect you and give you the energy and love you deserve!

One thing I learn from my past relationship (Horrible experience :( ) was that NEVER settle anything for less. You deserve someone better! Let them change for themselves. I love your advise and how you carry yourself and then I remembered you’re a Libra and understood why I agree with everything you said! Also, when I met my now husband, it felt like we’ve known each other forever and convos were just continuing on. Also, we agreed that cheating and abuse will ruin the relationship for both of us and we both couldn’t forgive each other afterwards and that we love each other too much to let things ruin us. Communication is key!
