Hi Cheryl, you were my therapist once. I danced with you at a beginners lesson at the Starlite ballroom. I was just getting out after almost 9 months recovery from a auto accident. When you stayed with me rather than move on to the next student you said I was not doing it right. I had no frame, you grabbed me stood me up straight and got me into a very good frame. It was like waking up from a bad dream when you did that. I danced there to the mid and advanced classes on Saturdays and Sundays. I also danced with the Golden State Ballroom dance team for two years. Even though I danced with the other groups and advanced days. I still went to the Friday beginners lessons. I met women from all over the world. I also helped very many understand dance frame enough they happily went on to classes and came back to thank me. As for meditation, had several years of Richard Hittlemans yoga and meditation to learn so many different types of meditation. Girl you have been doing it most of your life-dancing. Like the American Indians danced to drums, it was a meditation. So was your dancing! Two things behind you a candle flame or a flower can be a meditation point of concentration. You let me choose dance frame as a point of meditation to help me get me away from migraine headaches. I’m in TN and still dance but for COVID no live band now. I was 45 you were 15 then. My favorite dance is the waltz to Carino (lovers) by Chris Spheeris, beautiful! Thanks Ed

You're not old Cheryl! Well, maybe in the dance world, but I'm turning 60 next month. That's old! You didn't mention the little spot of acting you did on Disney. I think it was on Suite Life? And I miss my traveling too! I've had four trips canceled this year, including a trip to the Bahamas for DWTS in Paradise.
