Quest came out in 2005. Charter ships in 2006. If you did this quest within 18 months of its release, you had to traverse through the Arandar pass and Isafdar 3 more times :x The fairy ring and 2 teleport scrolls in 2014+.

You can always buy the shield for 750k from Islwyn later. GL on quest cape and many high stats reqs

perfect timing with the upload. also catherby tele is the fastest i believe to a charter ship

i like these elves RS2 quests, entire questline from plague city to mep2 is very climatic and nostalgic

If Islwyn or Eluned are not in the marked spot, just keep switching world and they'll appear.

@@slayermusiq1 dang looks like its required to regicide though which is a quest you need to complete before roving elves. Unless Im wrong about that as well
