Songs of olde were sung of this once holy ground, consecrated by Gods now lost to time, forgotten and forsaken. Everything was sworn to he who would reach this temple, long abandoned and reduced to myth: Power. Immortality. Rule over those weak in will and spirit. Selfish desires.
This tale begins in the depths below our very feet; within the Earth, where things that lie dormant should remain so. This adventurer has battled many a foe, starving nights and days rampant with trials and tribulations. As they prepare for the day ahead of them, the temple on the horizon, their very blood runs cold throughout their veins as dark apparitions surrounding the path within stare with cold, soulless eyes into their very being. This journey is far from over for this brave adventurer.
