I was in Q-town after New Years Day. Loved the place. I made it a point to visit the 2nd floor Men's bathroom in the Sofitel Hotel. Cool bathroom especially the wall behind the urinals. I want to go back !

I just got back from here, had the best time of my life, I'd reccomend going there, nice food at Fergburger, Slice...good bars are Winnie's and Buffalo's an the activities are amazing :D I envy anyone going there in future x

really nice place , I've benn there in 2005 and i guess it was really great, i hope go back there, and do the nevis again!! it is such big challenge!!! New Zealand is magic!!!

i went to queenstown a few years ago and it was awesome, when you drove from queenstown to glenorcy which is a small village just outside queenstown you see some of the best scenery you will ever see in your life and thats no exaggeration. my only criticism of queenstown is that the prices are pretty dear and there was to many americans and most of them were huge

When (not if) you go to Milford Sound, take the cessna (plane) from Queenstown airport. Best thing I did on my travels! Amazing!

i agree. best place in the world. queenstown is beautiful..im going to move there to. but apparently its very very expensive.

yeah this place is a must spend 5days there freaking awesome done the whole package boats/bungy /hiking amazing and not to busy reminds me of Aspin Colorado just pure RaR this would be my retirement place so laid back>damn stuck in my office sucks

i been there, my pop owns an apartment at the glebe. it has the best views onto lake wakatipu.

yea right ,, iv live in Queenstown ,,, its the most expensive place in new zealand ,,, i mean $ 8 .00 pies ,, & the average house rental price is $600 a week ,, & dam ,, the drivers from other countrys cant drive for shit ,, they r causing all the accidents on our roads ,,,

Oh C'mon! NZ is waaaaayyyyyyyy better than RJ. First of all, they are organized and the only organized thing in Rio is the CRIME! Get a grip! I've been to NZ too and it rocks! last time I went to Rio is was robbed, now the brazilian midia is trying to cover up all the bad things with some stupid CARNAVAL idea. So I agree with OISEAUDENUIT, NZ is one of the most beautiful places on earth not to mention Australia, which is simply AMAZING!!!
