Queens Park Job Centre - Officer Tries to Incriminate TLA

Hi Guys
After being asked by a viewer I went and visited Queens park Job Centre, upon arriving I noticed this was an appointment only premises. I decided to have a quick look inside none the less as they had security turnstiles I haven't encountered before.
I was thinking this was going to be a short visit but I called it wrong after the manager called the police on me for a data breach, yes you read that correctly they called the police for a data breach, you really can't make this stuff up.
The police arrived on scene after quite a long wait and when they did the battle of wits commenced between the male officer and myself.
I've got to say this officer certainly had me on my toes and was trying desperately to get me to self incriminate myself.
I'm sure you will enjoy this one

Very professional from the job centre. It's great the Manager acted like that he cared about the data breach he didn't know the laws so he contacted the police for more advice. Not getting in TLA face, harassing calm and collected lovely to see that. As well for the Security they did good.

I think the manager called the police because he thought TLA was in the wrong for recording the data and hoped the police would do his bidding.

The contempt that policeman had for a member of the public asking him to identify himself was so depressing. And yet again they are caught covertly recording the public.

  • @NomadicNight

    @NomadicNight

    11 ай бұрын

The beauty of covert recording by the Police though, is that when the Police both fail to identity and notify to a member of the public that they're recording, to the member of the public that they're interacting with, none of their bodycam video evidence can be used in court in their defence, or where it is used, ignoring their own policy would weaken their defence, and this is mostly why the Police settle all civil claims out of court, since the money doesn't affect them on a personal financial level. I'd like to see the National Police budgets being more carefully scrutinized by the government, and excessive out of court claims reducing their annual budgets. This would be much easier to implement than holding the Police financially accountable, as it would have a direct effect on the relevant regional Police force, making their job much more difficult, and since we know how lazy the Police are these days, you can bet that they'd want to avoid any situation that made their jobs harder. Also, section 43 of the Terrorism Act needs to be repealed as soon as possible, as the only terrorists in the UK are the ones wearing a Police uniform.

Also, security guards acting as receptionists/welcomers and viewing/dealing with private information/details belonging to random members of the public should definitely NOT be allowed!

When all the time, real crimes go unattended. And if you are able get a police cunstable to turn up to a real crime they spend as little time as possible and often do nothing to help. The male police cunstable just couldn’t shut up and accept he had no power. And walked away with tail tucked, defeated.

That copper is an absolute arsehole , he is the reason the police are despised , he is actively trying to find something illegal , in what is a legal activity. He should police by facts , NOT his ego , he really enjoyed the sound of his own voice , he was literally speaking for the sake of speaking. The woman shouting about him not being able to film was breaching the peace more than him filming. He still never gave his shoulder number. Always on the lookout to escalate something legal into being illegal. He needs to shut his mouth and go and do a proper crime 😡 no wonder burglaries aren't solved. The manager is one of the nicest people I've seen in the videos, he was chilled and very professional.

He shouldn't see it is the point, and also a name is classed as data, so the G4S shouldn't be getting access to it. They are security not receptionists. That's the job of the job Centre. They are using security to do their jobs which is wrong.

Not sure, but as far as I know G4S is not allowed to handle personal data inside these jobcenters, so that would be a breach of GDPR. This must be done by employees of the jobcenters. And like most of the time , the coppers twist en turn so the can take sides with a jobcenter instead of being neutral.

The gobby woman said that being filmed was an act of provocation and the hog with handcuffs immediately sided with her. That was bias which police constables are not supposed to show. I'd argue that the gobby woman demanding you can't film her was the person guilty of provocation. She was clearly challenging your right to film in a publicly accessible area. Imagine if I were feeding ducks in a public park and that gobby woman started demanding I can't do it. Who is the provocateur in that scenario? In my opinion it's the gobby woman. The duck feeder was just minding his own business while carrying out a perfectly legal activity and harming no one in the process.

It often is an act of provocation and in most cases connected with auditing that is the intention, however, that doesn't make it unlawful.

The male cop was phising for something incriminating and the girl was giving you the death stare. It's such a shame that these cops spend so much time looking for non crimes while real crime passes them by without notice most of the time. The G4 goons were pretty civil after the first rebuttal on no filming.
